Scholarship Opportunities:
LEAP students are eligible for the following scholarships and awards:
Five $2000 Freshman LEAP Scholarships to students completing their first year, to be applied to their second academic year.
Deadline: February 5, 2010.
LEAP Peer Advisors are eligible for the following scholarships and awards:
One $4000 LEAP Peer Advisor Scholarships to current Peer Advisors.
Deadline: February 5, 2010.
One $500 Jan Frost LEAP Peer Advisor Recognition Award to the year’s Outstanding Peer Advisor.
Leadership Opportunities:
LEAP Peer Advisor for the 2010-11 Academic Year
Students who complete the LEAP Seminar (first year) are eligible to apply for the position of LEAP Peer Advisor. As a Peer Advisor, you will be assigned to one freshman seminar and will work with that class for both semesters. You must have been enrolled in LEAP for a full academic year to qualify for this position.
