Business LEAP

In terms of content, Business LEAP closely resembles the Thematic LEAP Classes. In the Fall we’re interested in exploring “Otherness” in national and global contexts from a Social Science perspective, and in the Spring we’re interested in exploring the experiences of immigrant and ethnic minority community within the broader American experience from a Humanities perspective.  However, the students in Business LEAP typically also take several other pre-business classes with many of their fellow Business LEAP students.  These include their pre-business Math class, their pre-business Information Systems class, their pre-business Foundations of Business Thought class, and their required Writing class.    By seeing, hearing, studying with the same students in multiple classes, the students in Business LEAP thus form a cohesive cohort.
