Fine Arts LEAPFine Arts LEAP is a freshman learning community specifically designed for Fine Arts majors. Like other LEAP courses, Fine Arts LEAP is a year-long seminar focusing on the theme of community and community building. Fine Arts LEAP differs from other LEAP courses, however, in gearing LEAP curriculum readings, assignments and library research activities to the special needs and interests of Fine Arts majors. Students follow the course the entire year with the same instructor, Peer Advisor and classmates thereby forming an interdisciplinary fine arts community all their own. Spring semester, students will work together on a major production and community fine arts project. Download the Fine Arts LEAP information sheet. |
